Generation Z is confusing me. There are numerous ways that Gen Z

(just as every new generation has) displays that are not as easily comprehended by people older than them.

It appears that many young people do not find the “thumbs” emoji to be a pleasant one, and

consider it to be ‘passive agressive’ referring it to as something that can even prove to be ‘triggering’ to some of them.
